Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you complete control over your e-mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail account to another, activate mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your email boxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email mailbox accounts against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mails on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the e-mail box account you would like to redirect mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest.
